These Terms of Use apply to all digital products sold or delivered by The Happy Hustle Co (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including individual products, bundles, and products sold via our email list, DMs, Meta ads, or any third-party platform (such as Systeme.io or Beacons or similar).

By purchasing any product from us, you agree to these terms.

• Personal Use License (Default)
  
  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products are sold for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any product you purchase without obtaining a separate PLR (Private Label Rights) License.
  
  
  

You may:

• Use the product for your own personal or business learning

• Print or save the files for your own use
  
  
  

You may not:

• Resell, share, or give away the product

• Use the product or content as part of a free or paid offer

• Copy any part of the product for public use or redistribution
  
  
  

• PLR License Terms (If Purchased)
  
  If you purchase a PLR (Private Label Rights) license for a product or collection, you are granted limited commercial rights to modify and resell that product for 100% of your own profits.
  
  
  

Under a valid PLR License, you may:

• Modify, rebrand, and edit the content

• Add or remove pages or sections

• Change fonts, titles, colors, and layouts

• Put your name or brand on it as the author/creator

• Use in membership sites or bundles

• Use to create audio/video content
  
  
  

The following are not allowed, even with PLR:

• Do not resell the product using our original cover page or promotional images

• Do not copy/paste our product listings or descriptions

• Do not pass along the PLR license to your customers (they must buy their own license)

• Do not give away the product for free or use as a lead magnet

• Do not market it as a PLR product for others to resell
  
  
  

IMPORTANT:

• Cover pages must be rebranded before resale

• You must use your own product description and promotional content

• You are responsible for complying with all local laws when reselling under PLR
  
  
  

• Intellectual Property: All digital products, templates, and content are the intellectual property of The Happy Hustle Co unless PLR rights are clearly granted. Any unauthorized distribution, duplication, or sale of our content is a violation of copyright law.
  
  

• Delivery & Access: All products are delivered digitally. You will receive an email with download links in PDF format after purchase. Lifetime access is provided unless otherwise noted.
  
  
  

If you do not receive your product within 15 minutes of purchase, please contact us at support@thehappyhustleco.biz.

• Refunds & Duplicate Orders
  
  All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless:
  
  

• You accidentally purchase the same product twice (we’ll refund the duplicate)
  
  

• Legal & Governing Law
  
  These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. By purchasing from us, you agree to resolve any disputes through good faith communication before pursuing formal action.
