This policy applies to digital products, downloads, courses, workshops, templates, guides and other resources purchased or accessed through The Happy Hustle Co funnels.
By purchasing, downloading or accessing one of our digital products, you agree to respect the copyright and licence terms that apply to that product.
1. Copyright and Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, digital products and original materials supplied by The Happy Hustle Co remain the intellectual property of The Happy Hustle Co or the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing or downloading a product gives you permission to use that product according to the licence supplied with it.
It does not transfer ownership of the copyright to you.
2. Standard Digital Product Licence
Unless a product specifically includes additional commercial-use, resale, Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR) or other licence rights, your purchase is licensed for your own personal or individual business use.
This means you may use the product and its contents for yourself and within your own business where appropriate.
You may not:
share the original product files with other people;
resell or redistribute the product;
give the product away;
upload the files to a shared resource, membership site, marketplace or file-sharing platform for others to access;
reproduce the product substantially as your own product; or
grant another person rights to use or resell the product.
3. Courses, Workshops and Training Materials
Access to courses, workshops, training resources and accompanying materials is provided to the individual purchaser unless otherwise stated.
Course or training materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed or made available to another person, team or organisation unless a licence specifically permits this.
4. Products with Additional Licence Rights
Some products available from The Happy Hustle Co may include additional rights such as:
commercial-use rights;
Private Label Rights (PLR);
Master Resell Rights (MRR);
resale rights; or
another specifically stated licence.
These rights apply only where they are clearly included with the particular product you have purchased.
The licence supplied with that product will explain exactly what you are permitted to do with it and any restrictions that apply.
Purchasing one product with additional licence rights does not give you those rights to any other The Happy Hustle Co product.
5. PLR and MRR Products
Where a product includes PLR, MRR or other resale rights, you may edit, rebrand, sell, distribute or otherwise use the licensed material only to the extent permitted by the specific licence supplied with that product.
Different products may have different licence conditions.
These may include requirements or restrictions relating to:
whether the content may be edited;
whether it may be rebranded;
whether the finished product may be sold;
whether the original files may be resold or distributed;
whether resale or PLR rights may be passed on to your own customers;
whether any elements must be removed before resale;
how templates or source files may be used; or
any other conditions stated within the individual licence.
It is your responsibility to read and follow the licence supplied with your purchase before using licensed material commercially.
6. Specific Product Licences Take Priority
Where a particular product is supplied with its own licence, the terms of that licence apply specifically to that product.
If there is any difference between this general Digital Product Copyright & Licence Policy and the licence supplied with a particular product, the specific product licence will take priority for that product.
7. Templates and Third-Party Elements
Some digital products may include or be designed for use with third-party platforms, software, fonts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, templates or other resources.
Those elements remain subject to the copyright and licensing requirements of their respective owners or providers.
Your purchase from The Happy Hustle Co does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property or give you rights beyond those permitted by the relevant third-party licence.
Where necessary, you are responsible for ensuring that your intended use complies with those third-party terms.
8. The Happy Hustle Co Branding
Additional licence rights attached to a digital product do not give you permission to represent yourself as The Happy Hustle Co or use The Happy Hustle Co branding as your own.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not use The Happy Hustle Co names, logos, branding or other distinctive brand elements in a way that suggests your product, business or service is created, operated, endorsed or approved by The Happy Hustle Co.
9. Unauthorised Sharing or Distribution
Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or distribution of our digital products may constitute a breach of these terms and applicable intellectual property law.
Where we reasonably believe that a product or licence is being misused, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the relevant materials and take appropriate action where necessary.
